Peerless Rockville recognizes MV + A Architects for their design on 275 North Washington Street. The small 2-story brick commercial building, the first phase of the northern expansion of Rockville’s downtown redevelopment, houses Bank of America branch and several new businesses along North Washington Street. The building offers street-oriented retail behind traditional yet modern storefronts. Parking is located on below grade level and the bank features a discreet drive-through on the rear of the building. This project complies with the City’s Green Building Program and features a green roof and new stormwater management regulations.
