This year, Peerless is also celebrating the 50th anniversary of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, national legislation which recognized the importance of protecting our historic resources. Come view rarely seen historic images of Rockville in the 1960s, including the downtown tragically demolished by Urban Renewal as well as examples of Rockville’s rich Mid-Century Modern architecture.
