“My Heart Belongs to Rockville”
Jordann Cholst was born in New York and moved to Rockville for her first job out of graduate school at Westat in 2013. Knowing nothing of Maryland, she moved into an apartment in Rockville Town Center close to work. Her boyfriend (now husband) soon followed and 6 months later bought a house right down the street because they loved the area so much. The day after he bought the house, he proposed, and now 5 years later, they are raising their first child. They love taking family walks around Rockville and watching their son play in all the wonderful parks. Jordann learned to knit in childhood and it grew into a creative side hustle while working in Rockville. Her business, Double N Knits, was born in Rockville in 2016 and she has really loved meeting other members of the Rockville community.
