Lincoln Park Partner's Project documents the development of Rockville's Lincoln Park neighborhood and its importance to the black history of Montgomery County.  Recipient of the 2002 Peerless Rockville Historic Preservation Award for education, the partnership and community members have collected oral histories, photographs, documents and genealogies, and produced a web site.  The project is ongoing.
